- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of business requirements and processes to optimize SAP solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and define project scope.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Perform risk assessments and proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert in SAP solutions, offering insights and recommendations to enhance system efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience 5+ years leading SAP implementation projects, preferably in diverse industry settings.
- Proficiency in SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, or others, with a strong understanding of their functionalities.
- Exceptional project management skills, including Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP certifications (desired but not mandatory).
