- Help drive business by supporting the Licensing team on tasks related to category management, facilitating information between external and internal stakeholders, and maintaining communication of product and partner plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather and distribute brand and marketing updates to share with licensing partners as well as work closely with the relevant cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and update internal systems and docs with category licensing plans and activity.
- Support licensing partners to provide relevant information and creative assets from internal system/tools.
- Prepare, distribute, and track deal memos and final agreements to ensure deals are processed efficiently through all steps.
- Partner with Product Development & Creative teams to keep product development on track to attain commercial objectives.
- Facilitate receipt of forecasts and send royalty payment reminders as needed.
- Assist in compiling licensing recaps following product launches.
- Work closely with Consumer Products Design & Creative and Merchandise Strategy teams to build pitch documents.
- Oversee and manage selected licensee businesses as required.
- Demonstrated 3+ years of experience in the entertainment industry, preferably in outbound IP licensing and/or any relevant brand/marketing partnerships.
- Experience working with reputable brands across different industries (entertainment studio, retailer, agency).
- Creative/out-of-the-box thinker.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Cross-functional teamwork knowledge.
