水環境研究第二部は、水処理のハードやプロセスを研究開発し新技術や新製品を市場に送り出す部門となります。
クボタの水環境製品は上水、下水等の様々な社会インフラを支えて来ています。近年の課題としては各施設の老朽化や人手不足に対応する省力化、効率化が求められており、それら課題を解決する為にクボタならではの新技術開発、先行技術開発を推進し、競争力強化と新製品開発・新たなビジネスの創出を目指しています。
・水処理を対象に、下水や排水の浄化プロセスの中核を担う機器の研究開発を行う。
・新規の技術、製品を市場投入し、GMB2030に設定した「水資源の循環の促進」に関する
社会課題の達成を実現する。これを通じてクボタの環境事業に貢献する。
【業務内容】
・下水・産業排水処理向け環境機器(膜装置:主に・を担当)の開発業務。
・水処理機器の実証試験・装置試作の補助からスタートし、業務に慣れた後には、
リーダーを補佐しながら、開発ミッションにおける個別ミッションの主担当として業務を行う。
・個別ミッションは、試作機の性能確認・耐久試験などの計画・実施を想定。
【仕事の流れ】
大枠の開発計画を基に、ブレイクダウンした開発ミッションの活動計画に沿って開発業務を行う。
その活動計画の中で、各担当が個別ミッションを担当する。
具体的な業務内容は、リーダーと各担当とで相談しながら決める。
リーダーが合意すれば、タスクのプランニングは各担当の裁量の範囲。
【関わる部門】
事業部門とコンカレントを行いながら開発を行う。また解析業務などは、
他の研究部門と協調して実施。大学や社外団体(顧客含む)と共同研究を行う場合もある。
【体制】
ひとつの開発ミッションに4~5名のメンバーで個別ミッション業務にあたる。
個別ミッションのスパンは2~6か月程度。月次で進捗を管理する。
【働くスタイル】
専門外の不明・疑問点は精通する他メンバーと教え合うことが多い。
実験業務は、実験室やフィールドで行うが、在宅勤務OK。スマホ、パソコンをそれぞれ支給。
勤務中は、各種コミュニケーションツールを活用し、打合せや会議を実施することも多い。
前向きな姿勢を尊重し、自由な発想で業務を進め、アイデアや成果をレポートにまとめ、
部内で共有化することや特許出願活動を推奨している。もちろん社外発表も可能。

【必須要件】
・機械設計図面が作図できること
・試作や実験など、ものづくりや実験作業の実務に関わった経験。

・知識:流体力学、化学工学、材料力学、衛生工学
・技術報文や論文投稿の経験
・語学:日常会話レベル(TOEIC500点相当)以上
