お客様へ商品をお届けするプロセスにおいて、安全・品質・お客様の購買体験(Customer Experience)の向上に大きく貢献しているのが、自社の輸配送ネットワークです。この自社ネットワークのうち、「幹線輸送」の領域を担当する組織(サプライチェーンマネジメント・ミドルマイル部門(ATS))に対して、下記の組織開発業務を担います。

サプライチェーンマネジメント・ミドルマイル部門(ATS)部門に所属するメンバーに対して働きやすい環境・情報共有の場・ラーニング/トレーニングの機会を提供することで、すべてのメンバーが生産性高く活躍し、更なるCustomer Experienceの向上に貢献することをを目指します。そのために全てのチームで人材・組織に関するイニシアティブを進められるよう組織全体と連携して各種のルールを整備し、必要なトレーニングを提供し、ベストプラクティスを共有します。
現在Amazonは入荷・出荷管理において様々取り組みを行ってイノベーションを起こしながら、同時に組織も大きく拡大を続けています。その活動の土台作りを担い、クライアントチームや関連人事部門との連携の中で、ビジネスと組織開発業務についての知識と経験を積むことができるポジションです。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4年制大学での学士号- 社会人経験3年以上
