- ベンダーの削減やベンダーのオンボーディングプロセスなど、間接調達のプロセスとタスクを合理化、自動化、簡素化するためのプロセス改善プロジェクトと取り組みを主導し、社内調達ポリシーを策定して文書化します。
- 調達プロジェクトを特定、計画、実行、追跡、報告し、コスト/品質/サービスの節約を実現します。 割り当てられた調達イニシアチブと特定の国のコスト削減イニシアチブの進捗状況を監視しながら、改善計画のサポートと新たな機会/リスクに関する上級リーダーへの最新情報を提供します
