- Provide after-care service for dealers, service partners, and customers
- Generate revenue through the sale of parts and detergents
- Collaborate across departments to resolve Customer Care issues internally
- Provide technical training for dealers, service partners, and customers
- Attend project-related to Customer Care as necessary
- Implement customer care reporting to enhance customer experience
- Build strong relationships with dealers, service partners, customers, and internal departments
- Minimum high school degree
- Minimum 2 years of similar role experience
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
- IT skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be a Japanese native speaker, English proficiency is a plus
- Demonstrate customer focus and business spirit
- Effective communication and good interpersonal skills
