You will be responsible for Regional Sales Performance Team Management Sales Planning Field Execution People Leadership You will need to have ≥10 years of biopharmaceutical sales experience in Japan Direct people management experience or indirect/peer leadership experience Proven track record of consistently achieving sale targets Experience launching rare disease and/or specialty products in the field Highly developed people management and practical coaching skills Ability to collaborate broadly and cross-functionally Action orientation learning agility and growth mindset Comfort with change and ambiguity Strong engagement communication relational skills Passion for making a positive contribution to the rare disease community Bachelor's degree in science or other relevant areas We would prefer for you to have Prior sales and/or sales management experience in rare disease Broader commercial experience beyond sales e.g. marketing sales planning KOL management other relevant commercial functions求人説明
