- Perform initial confirmation of 0km claim, Issue QR6S, promote and tracking QR6S
- Support root cause analysis and development of countermeasure
- Confirm closure of issues and prevent recurrence
- Sharing / Enforcing best practice (PRP)
- Enter / Manage data of 0km claim to / with SAP
- Obtain customer approval as for prototype / production parts, change control, deviation, etc which is specified by "SQM".
- Communicate with responsible OPU / suppliers
- Convert VOC in business processes
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related
- 5 years of experience in Automotive Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance and basic knowledge of IATF- Quality Management system
- Data entry, administration and analysis using SAP
- Communication and negotiation skill in English and Japanese
