- データウェアハウスを使ったデータマート開発・データ処理、BIを活用したビジネス部門とのデータ利活用促進
- 全社BIプラットフォーム(Microsoft Power BI)のオーナーチームの一員として、ビジネスケースに沿って、クラウド上のデータ・プラットフォームに取り込まれる大量データを使って、データウェアハウス上でデータを加工する。
- 加工したデータをBIにて利用可能データセットを構築し、ビジネスアナリストやデータサイエンティストといった利用者へデータを提供する。
- データウェアハウスに蓄積されたデータからビジネス部門が必要なデータを加工・抽出し、提供する。
- ビジネスニーズに合致する最適な方式でデータ提供ができるよう、日々のシステムの安定化運用業務、あるいは、データ基盤の機能追加を行う。
- BIの技術的な知見に基づき、ビジネス部門が作成するレポート・ビジュアリゼーションの構築支援を行う。
- データ利活用の促進の観点から、ユーザーが必要なタイミングで必要なデータにアクセス・利用できるよう「データのセルフサービス化」を推進する。

- 7年以上のプロジェクト管理、PMO経験
- 7年以上のBSA、またはデータ・アナリスト経験
- 7年以上のデータウェアハウス、BIレポート(ビジュアリゼーション)開発経験
- 3年以上のデータウェアハウスを使ったテラバイト以上のデータセットを扱った大規模データモデリングやBI開発経験
- 3年以上のアジャイル、スクラム、セイフといった手法での開発経験もしくは参加経験
- 3年以上のクラウドベースのアプリケーションまたはデータ・プラットフォーム開発
- 3年以上の数名のメンバーを率いたチームリードの経験
