- Develop and implement the business strategy for prostate cancer product portfolio with both short-term and long-term business objectives with the Co-promotion partner.
- Oversee and lead all marketing plans to achieve the business objectives within policies and guidelines as well as Marketing budget
- Develop "one voice" to work with Asia pacific team to enhance collaboration
- Deliver the agreed forecast budget and business plan - top and bottom-line metrics
- Inspire and lead the commercial team to deliver outcomes and maximize their potential
- Lead marketing activities to ensure that short- and long-range sales volumes and projects are achieved
- Develop and implement short- and long-range marketing plans
- Oversees the development of marketing processes
- Manage Co-promotion scheme and collaborate with the Co-promotion partner to maximize sales
- Formulate marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, marketing plans to achieve maximum sales and profit
- Provide input for the development of products which anticipates and serves customer needs
- Identify new markets and applications to assure volume growth
- Inspire and motivate organization and demonstrate inclusive and Credo-based leadership
- Be a coach, mentor and appraise subordinates and others' performance and development
