◆具体的な業務フロー
・営業基幹システムのSalesforceを活用し、新規クライアントへのコールドコール
・採用ニーズの発掘と開拓、ミーティングアポイントメントの獲得
・クライアントリストの管理とアプローチ実績の報告
※1日あたり約70件程度のコールから1件以上のアポイント獲得を目指す

日本で事業展開する外資系企業や海外展開を行う日系グローバル企業が中心。主に、IT・Web業界の企業案件案件獲得を目指します。
◆キャリアパス
