- Implement and uphold best practice standards and KPIs, managing a global team to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
- Holds a bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience in Logistics, Customer Service, or Supply Chain.
- Experienced in a global, matrixed organization, preferably in the Medical Device sector, with a strong business acumen.
- Proven track record of strategic thinking, project implementation, and delivering results on time.
- Excellent at team leadership, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Knowledgeable in Planisware, PMP, LEAN, SIX SIGMA, APICS, FPX, SDLC methodologies; FPX, PMP certifications preferred.
