- 検査、判定における関係部署との連携(問い合わせ対応)
- 法定要求事項に基づき、倉庫/資材(添付文書、薬事ラベル等)、文書、記録管理
- 納品予定に応じて関係部門と倉庫内業務のコーディネート(入荷受入れ、検査優先順位決定、保管・庫内移動管理、出荷手配)
- 不適合品のシステム登録、内容・要因分析、返送手配、製造元への改善要求
- 業務委託先ベンダーのKPI管理
- JANコードの運用管理
- 医療機器メーカーで、5年以上の製造所業務経験(責任技術者相当の経験が望ましい)
- チームリード経験(チームサイズ、役職名問わず)
- ビジネスに支障のない英語力、薬機法に関する基礎的な知識
- 製造業務だけではなく、前後のプロセス(倉庫への入荷、納品予定に併せた検査優先順位決定、判定後の出荷までのフォローなど)を幅広く把握する意思がある方
- 医療機器メーカーでの倉庫内業務全般の経験があれば、尚可
- 業務委託先、社内関係部署(Quality, Marketing, Sales, Planning等)と良好にコミュニケーションが取れる方
- 定量・定性情報を踏まえて、論理的に説明ができる方
- 4年制大学卒業
