Job Description
Position: Hotel Reception Staff
In addition to general front desk duties, you will also be responsible for various administrative tasks related to customers.
Specific job duties - Check-in/check-out duties (about 80 to 150 cases per day)
- Information operations
- Reservation order taking duties during the nighttime hours
- Responding to inquiries (by phone and e-mail in both Japanese and English)
- Ticket sales
If you have English or Chinese language skills, you can make use of them when dealing with guests from overseas. -
