The Global Market Legal Associate will cover capital market legal work of Global Market Division (GMD) on a full time basis.
- The role involves drafting/reviewing legal documents related to capital markets through close communication with internal/external parties.
- Liaising with external counsel and managing their use ensuring they are duly appointed.
- Assisting Compliance in providing advice on local regulations and policies affecting the Bank's business.
