Job summary
The head of legal and compliance provides legal and compliance oversight guidance to the Japan management team affiliate generally driving a robust corporate culture consistent with the core values principles of Biogen Code of Conduct.
Responsibilities
- Design maintain systems records of management decisions policies processes trainings assessments remediation plans investigations enforcement actions in line with the Corporate Compliance handbook
- Provide advice guidance to business on compliance matters including interactions practices with health care professionals government officials health care institutions patients patient associations
