Amazonの医薬品/医療機器専用物流センターにてMedical Operation Assistant職を募集致します。(このポジションの勤務地は大阪府東大阪市です。)
Medical Operation Assistantは、Amazonの医薬品/医療機器専用物流センターで必要な薬機法遵守した販売のサポートなどを行っていただく業務となります。
主にお客様から返送された商品の処理、領収書の作成や発送、不具合品調査、庫内の危険物管理などの医薬品/医療機器販売におけるオペレーションサポート業務やカスタマーとの電話対応業務を実施いただきます。
Key job responsibilities
チームとしての職責
・カスタマーへの正しい情報提供と適正販売を行う。
・上の医薬品商品説明に責任を持つ。
・医薬品、医療機器等の出荷業務を確認する。
・物流センターにおける安全および衛生に関する助言および安全衛生活動を実施する。
Medical Operation Assistantとしての職責
・薬機法関連法規を遵守した、医薬品/医療機器のオペレーションのサポートを行う。

90% 医薬品/医療機器の返送品処理業務、領収書発行、庫内の危険物管理などのオペレーションサポート業務
10% Customerとのコミュニケーション
【勤務形態】
・月曜日から金曜日(カレンダー通り)
・午前9時から午後6時(休憩1時間含む)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
・高卒/専門学校卒以上の学位・Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint等の使用経験
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
・カスタマーセンターでの電話対応経験・登録販売者の資格を有している
