- 建築工事、土木工事、設備工事、保守などにかかわる業務経験(設計、計画を含む)を4年以上有する。
- 工事の労働安全計画、リスク評価、作業許可認可、現場導入、廃棄物管理計画、図面・仕様書、BIM、構造、設備、及び関連法規制への遵守に関する知識と経験を有する。
- 建築士、施工管理技士、設備士などの専門資格を有すれば尚良し
- BIMにかかわる業務経験を有すれば尚良し(知識は必須)
- ソフトウェアの開発、ソフトウェア関連サービス(アプリケーションもしくはシステムソフトウェアのサポート、サービス管理)にかかわる業務経験を有すれば尚良し

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

o 審査報告書を作成し、審査結果を顧客に提供し、審査決定に対する顧客の理解と、適切な場合には特定の是正処置項目への明確な指示を確保する。
o BSIの方針、手順、および所定の期間に従って、認証書の発行、再発行、または取消しを推奨し、推奨事項を報告する。
o 必要に応じて審査チームを率い、チームメンバーに十分な説明を行い、サービスの質を維持し、顧客とチーム内の両方で効果的な協力関係を維持する。
o 効果的なパートナーシップを確立し、発展させることで、商業的な関係を確保し、ビジネス発展の機会を促し、ポートフォリオ内のクライアントの満足度を向上させる。
o BSIのサポートサービス機能に正確かつ迅速な情報を提供し、クライアント記録が最新かつ完全であること、その他すべての社内情報要件が満たされていることをサポートサービス機能と密接に連携する。
o 自身の時間を最大限に活用し、収益活動を最大化するために、業務量を計画/スケジュールする。
o 特に経験の浅い審査員や顧客のビジネス/テクノロジーに不慣れなメンバーがいる場合、必要に応じて同僚を教育し、要求に応じて新しい同僚の入社と教育を支援する。
o 審査もしくは検証スキル、技術およびマネジメントシステム規格の知識を維持・発展させる。また、会社方針に従い、社内認定資格の取得及び維持を行う。
o ビジネス開発、営業、カスタマーサービススタッフを通じて顧客に技術サポートを提供する。
