- Construct good/ appropriate relationship with contracted manufacturer
- Create purchase order basedon forecast DP created & safety stock setting & inventory freshness
- Delivery date/ quality management; adjust or change if necessary
- Manage target countries' replenishment/ request based on purchase/ inventory situation and convert them to PO
- Help OEM issue invoicecorrectly with checking SAP GR record
- Develop reports linkedto purchase & inventory
- Monitor master dataquality and consistency and coordinate required adaptations with theresponsible functions
- Conduct ad hoc analysis in Inventory Management and portfolio management
- 5 years' of Supply Planning experience
- OEM handling (close communication) experience
- Good communication skill in English
- Open mindset to handlenew things
- Excel skill that cancreate various simulation files
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Preferred - PPT skills for presentations so other dept. members can understand what we do
- Preferred - SAP APO experience(Planning function)
