仕事内容
【業界未経験歓迎】フィールドサービスエンジニアとして、エンドユーザーのサポートを行います
当社製品を導入しているユーザー(主に関西エリア)の訪問依頼を受けて現場に出張し、定期点検・修理・製品トラブル解決などをお任せします。
在宅勤務を積極的に活用しているため、直行直帰も可能 **
▼ 具体的には
・サポート業務(設置、定期点検、部品交換およびトラブルシューティング)
・スケジュールに沿った作業の実施
・サービスレポート作成、および現場・社内への報告
・出張ベースでの対応(年間の半分以上は顧客現場)
◎トラブルシューティングは電話やメールでも行います。
◎営業部門とも連携しながら顧客フォローを行います。丁寧なやりとりがお客様との信頼関係を深め、継続的なお付き合いにつながります。
【1日の流れ(一例)】
・朝...自宅から現場へ直行

・午前~14時...現場にて修理対応
▼
・14時~...会社に戻り、報告書を作成して完了
※依頼内容やスケジュールに合わせ「直帰自宅で作業報告」も可能です
慣れてきたら制度の範囲内で在宅勤務にすることも可能(応相談)
報告や連絡はオンラインツールを使用するためほぼペーパーレス。出社せずとも効率よく仕事を進めることが出来ます。実際に、別営業所(東京・熊本)ではほとんどのスタッフが在宅勤務とオンラインツールを活用して仕事に打ち込んでいます。
