- Plan the Site Visits on all Open Orders ensuring that the requirements of the Service Division are met in a timely and efficient Manner.
- Communicate effectively with the Sales Team and ensure that their requests for Site Visits of Field Service Engineer are met in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Field Service Engineer all over Japan to plan the Site Visits and ensure that all the orders are correctly allocated and released to the Engineer before the Site Visits
- Communicate with the customer via Phone/Email regarding the Site Visits and ensure that the customer is fully aware of the Visit and the Job to be performed.
- Ensure that all Orders are closed in the System timely after the on-site work is completed and that each order has all the information logged in before closing.
- Communicate with the customer that the timing of invoicing and communicate with the admin team to invoice.
- Ensure that all the Field Service Engineers are aware of the future orders to make appropriate preparations.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure that all Service KPIs regarding Field Service is met.
- Report/Highlight any Planning issues to the Operations Manager to resolve it in a Timely manner.
