Job Summary:
The Network Coordinator will, under minimal supervision, be responsible for supporting and managing customer order requirements at designated ports.
The Network Coordinator position can operate in a very international environment, both in the region and with colleagues in other locations.
The position is ultimately responsible for the fulfillment of customer orders in the ports.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
■Process customer orders from Customer Service ■Representative (CSR) through to delivery locations
■Process required paperwork to move products from one location to another, including across international borders
■Purchase required products as required to fill customer orders
■Communicate with Customer Service department to advise on status of customer orders
■Conduct inventory at assigned locations
■Process warehouse delivery receipts as well as processing receipts into warehouse
■Process transfers from warehouse
■Shipping – basic documentation preparation and handling
■Perform other related duties as assigned.
