このポジションは、Universal Studios Japanのインフラの運営を日常的にサポートし、フロリダ州オーランドにあるUniversal Parks & Resortsインフラストラクチャ オペレーション チームにレポートします。

Responsibilities
· Infrastructure Operations デザイン チームの日常的な監督とリーダーシップを担当し、コア システムのアップタイムの信頼性を達成する。
・新規または既存のテクノロジーソリューションの強化、アップグレード、または実装に関連するプロジェクトにSMEとして参加します。光ファイバーおよび構内配線ソリューションを含め、配線および技術設備ソリューションを見積もって実装し、これらのシステムのサポートを担当する社内およびサードパーティのチームと調整します。
・ビジネスパートナーとの協力関係を築き、維持する。
Qualifications/Requirements
・インフラの設計・構築・実装に関する3年以上の経験
・インフラまたはデータセンター運用における技術的リーダーシップの経験
・データ センターやその他の重要な環境のラック、ケーブル管理、銅線、光ファイバー ケーブルの計画と設置の経験。
Language: Ability to use both Japanese and English in business is desirable
・Japanese_Distinguished_Native or bilingual proficiency
・English_ Advanced High_Professional working proficiency
Desired Characteristics
· Knowledge of industry standards, and proven ability to develop strategic Infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of the enterprise users.
· Exceptional project management skills, strong analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail
· Proven leadership and ability to work independently as well as part of a larger infrastructure team.
· Experience supervising others in regards to time management, scheduling, task completion, and technical leadership.
· Experience in design Telecom and Structured cabling standards and systems
· Understanding of Compute and Networking devices, and deployments
· Working knowledge of MEP standards and operations.
· Experience installing equipment within electrical codes, grounding regulations, and calculating consumption calculations.
· Experience in designing cable management and fiber distribution standards and Systems.
· Strong analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Professional Business communication and interpersonal skills.
· Advanced MS Office skills, including PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
