- Experience Managing a P&L to make necessary staffing decisions and tradeoffs to deliver the best experience for customers, while managing the business responsibly.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Japanese
- Bachelor's Degree.
- A portfolio with a range of experience in building advertising programs, with agency or media experience.
- Product experience, including design or developing and informing roadmaps.
- Experience influencing crossfunctional groups and senior clients or internal leaders.
