Roles and Responsibility

当社が開発・運用するシステム全般において、アーキテクチャ検討、設計、実装・テスト、運用環境構築まで幅広く担当いただきます。 サーバサイドからスマートデバイスアプリまで幅広い開発領域に携わることが可能です。

• サービスにおける機能改善、新機能開発における設計・開発・運用保守
• コーディングなど技術的問題の解決・品質確保等の開発チームにおけるの技術面でのリード
• 仕様書、設計書のドキュメント作成およびレビュー
• 機能開発における改善/技術提案
• 生産性、品質向上のためのCI/CD 導入・刷新を通じたPDCA サイクルの推進

• English here You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to the architecture, design, implementation, testing, and operational environment construction for the systems developed and operated by our company. You will have the opportunity to work in diverse development areas, ranging from server-side to smart device applications. [Specific Responsibilities]
  • Design, development, and operational maintenance for feature improvements and new feature development in Anywhere.
  • Technical leadership in the development team, including solving technical issues through coding and ensuring quality.
  • Documentation creation and review of specifications and design documents.
  • Improvement/technical proposals for feature development.
  • Promoting the PDCA cycle through the introduction and revitalization of CI/CD for productivity and quality improvement.
  [Experience Gained]
  • The ability to undertake technical challenges under a stable business foundation with a flow × stock revenue and a hybrid business model.
  • Experience in tasks directly linked to local communities, such as promoting cashless transactions to local governments and regional banks, contributing to the revitalization of shopping districts.
  • Full-stack growth without being confined to a single technology, covering front-end to back-end, infrastructure, etc. In a mission-critical payment system, you can engage in fast-paced product development while catching up with the latest technologies and security in smart devices and the cloud that evolve daily.
  • Challenges in building and operating serverless systems and automation using cloud technology for advanced system development.
  • Promotion of DevSecOps and the experience of selecting solutions and technical verification for its implementation.

Minimum Requirements

  • Over 2 years of practical experience in the entire process of requirements definition, design development, and testing for either smartphone applications or web applications.
  • Experience in infrastructure and database design and construction, including development environments.
  • Experience leading a technical team of engineers.
  • Documentation skills, including the ability to create specifications and other documents.

Preferred Requirements

• ミッションクリティカルや大量トランザクションなどの要件を満たすアプリケーションの設計・開発・テスト・運用経験
• FlutterやReact Nativeを用いたクロスプラットフォーム開発の経験
• DevOps や Jenkinsなど活用したCI/CD に向けた技術選定や導入・運用経験
• Dockerなどのコンテナ技術を用いたサーバレス/マイクロサービスアーキテクト経験
• セキュリティ対策実装の知識・経験
• コンピュータサイエンスに対する基礎知識(学士・修士相当)

  • Experience in designing, developing, testing, and operating applications that meet requirements such as mission-critical and high-volume transactions.
  • Experience in cross-platform development using Flutter or React Native.
  • Experience in technical selection, implementation, and operation of CI/CD using DevOps tools like Jenkins.
  • Experience in serverless/microservices architecture using container technologies such as Docker.
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing security measures.
  • Fundamental knowledge in computer science (equivalent to a bachelor's or master's degree).

Conditions / Benefits

Employment system: Full time

Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

• Approximately 5 minutes' walk from Kojimachi Station (Exit 2), 8 minutes' walk from Yotsuya Station, 9 minutes' walk from Akasaka-Mitsuke Station (Exit D), and 10 minutes' walk from Nagatacho Station (Exit 7)

Annual Salary: 5,000,000 - 7,400,000 JPY *based on experience, ability, and previous work experience

• Wage Structure: Monthly salary
• Salary Revisions: Twice a year
• Overtime allowance for hours worked beyond the regular schedule will be provided (depending on the job position and grade)

Hours: 9:30 - 18:30 (with a 60-minute break)

• Flextime, specialized job-type discretionary labor system, or supervisor discretion may apply based on job position and grade
  • Flextime has no core hours
• Overtime may be required beyond the regular schedule
• Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
• Annual paid leave (granted as per company regulations from the first day of employment)
