    ポジションを募集する背景

    日々の生命保険業務を遂行するために稼働している様々なシステムに関して、インシデントの再発を防止、もしくはインシデント発生時の早期リカバリにより、安定稼働させることを目的とするポジションです。当社では新商品関連、システム基盤の刷新、デジタル化、規制・法令対応など多岐にわたるシステム開発プロジェクトが進行しており、そのような中でも上記の目的を果たすことができるように体制の強化を目的として募集します。

    職務内容

    ITILフレームワークに基づいた問題管理として、以下の職務を担当していただきます。

    1. 問題管理プロセスの定義および維持管理

    2. 重要な問題のコントロールおよびレビュー

    3. プロアクティブな問題の特定と改善提案

    4. 問題管理に関わる各種レポーティング

    5. インシデント管理全般

    職務を通して、当社システムの知見を広く得る機会があり、新技術、保険商品知識、関連規制・法令などの理解を深めることができます。広い視野と問題解決力が身につきますので、将来的に幅広いキャリア形成が可能です。

    経験・スキル・資格・学歴(必須)

    1. 5年以上 : チームリーダーとしてのオープン系システム開発経験

    2. 3年以上 : システム運用経験

    3. 3年以上 : システム開発におけるIncident/Problem管理の経験

    4. 関連部門と円滑かつ柔軟に、根気強く協業できるコミュニケーション力

    ■資格

    1. ITIL Foundation認定資格

    2. 基本情報技術者試験 合格

    ■ 学歴

    大学卒以上

    経験・スキル・資格・学歴(なお可)

    以下のいずれかの経験のある方。

    1. 生命保険会社または金融機関でのシステム開発経験

    2. 生命保険会社または金融機関での実務経験

    3. 保険会社や金融機関でのシステムインシデント対応経験

    4. 英語力(メールでの読み書きレベル)
