    アマゾンは毎年著しい成長を継続しており、高品質な物流ネットワークがその成長を支えています。その物流ネットワークにおいて核となる存在の物流拠点であるフルフィルメントセンター(FC)をはじめ、FCからお客様へ商品をお届けするための仕分け拠点のソートセンター(SC)や最終配送拠点のデリバリーステーション(DS)など多くの物流拠点が存在しています。これらの拠点は賃貸借契約を結ぶことでリースによる運用を行っています。更なる成長が見込まれる中、新拠点の立ち上げ及び既存サイトの運用を不動産契約の観点からサポートするチームのメンバーを求めています。

    Key job responsibilities
    このポジションは輸送統括事業本部の不動産部に所属し、日本全国の物流施設のリース契約の管理と契約に基づく賃料・敷金などの支払いに責任を持ちます。
    同部署に所属する不動産スペシャリストが締結したリース契約書内容や、不動産契約に伴い生じる費用を支払うためのレビュープロセスに責任を持ち、日本における全物流拠点の支払処理・情報管理・覚書締結などリース管理に係るすべての業務に責任を持ちます。
    契約管理に関するグローバルプロジェクトも担当いただく為、USとの会議に定期的に参加します。
    また、一連の業務を行うため、多くの社内外のステークホルダー(契約相手である賃貸人契約担当及び支払担当・社内財務部・経理部・法務部・施設管理部・契約管理システム管理者・USのリース管理者など)とのコミュニケーションをリードします。予期せぬトラブルが生じた際はこれを主体的に解決し良好なサプライヤーリレーションシップの維持に貢献し、ビジネスの継続的な成長を支えます。

    l 新規賃貸借契約書レビュー
    l 新規サプライヤー口座開設
    l 契約管理システムへの新規登録
    l 契約内容変更時の覚書締結と契約管理システムへの反映
    l 月次支払い(敷金・賃料・駐車場・光熱費など)プロセスの運用及び改善
    l 登録済み情報の管理
    l 契約関連書類の管理

    2.[30 %]既存契約関連
    3.[20 %]月次支払い業務
    4.[10 %]支払い業務プロセス・契約管理システムの改善
    5.[10 %]不動産トランザクションチームのサポート業務(契約締結等)

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    - 3年以上の不動産関連企業または事業会社の不動産・金融部門でのデータ処理などのバックオフィス業務経験
    - PCスキル(Excel関数, Word, Power Point)
    -
    高度な日本語力(不動産関連契約書作成・読解、会議運営、クライアントとのコミュニケーション)
    - ビジネスレベルの英語力(ビジネスドキュメント作成・読解、電話等での会議運営が出来る※TOEIC 800点程度)
    - 4年制大学学士号または同等の業務経験

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    - 宅地建物取引士資格
    - 情報整理・改善能力:現状の業務を分析・整理し、プロセスやアウトプットを効率的なものに改善した経験
    - コミュニケーション能力:取引先企業との折衝や社内関係部署との調整を行いながら業務を推進した経験
    -
