Job Description
GMPに関する十分な知識及び経験を持って、中間製品の検査選別・一次/二次包装工程生産管理を行う。また、検査選別・一次/二次包装工程に関わる全ての機器、作業環境及び、作業員を適切な状態に維持する責務を負う。
主な職責/Primary responsibilities
医薬中間品の検査検査・一次/二次包装工程の管理
各種手順書・報告書等の作成や承認業務
部下の開発・育成
異常時等での適切な判断と対応、及び指示
継続的なライン改善と生産能力向上の探求、及び奨励
(Business Title:Shift Supervisor-MFG-Production)
西神工場勤務(兵庫県神戸市内)
医薬品製造または関連業界での、製造・品質保証・製造技術等のいずれかの経験(5~7年以上)
望ましい経験/Desirable Experience:
英語に興味を持っていると尚可

【勤務時間】 24:00-8:45
【時間外手当】支給対象外 ただし (深夜勤務時間 10PMー5AMの時間は、深夜割増あり )
【清算制フレックス勤務】適用あり(ただし、生産業務の状況を優先する)
1日の必要最低労働時間:4時間(半日休暇時は2時間) 一斉休憩:4時30分~5時30分(生産状況に合わせて、時差休憩あり)
