    【ポジションの概要】
    Drug Supply Associateチームの一員として、すべてのお客様の注文を正確かつタイムリーに適切に処理する、意欲的な人材を募集しています。 お客様の声に耳を傾け、チームメンバーと協力することで、複雑な問題を解決するチャンスと責任を持つことができます。 確立された手順を遵守することの重要性を理解し、チームをサポートするために、新しい問題や興味深い問題に取り組むアプローチも行っていただけます。

    職務内容
    1. チームの業務遂行能力を把握し、勤務時間内にどれだけのことができるかを現実的に考える。

    2. 会社・チームのビジョンをメンバーと共有し、明確な目標を設定する。 メンバーとコミュニケーションをとり、チームワークを促すとともに、プロセスの改善をリードする

    3. 周囲で起きていることに積極的に耳を傾け、チームとオープンにコミュニケーションをとり、問題を解決する

    4. チーム内でロールモデルとなり、すべてのプロセスを確立されたcGMP手順に従って実行する。

    5. 内部・外部監査準備のサポートを行う。

    6. その他、必要に応じてマネージメントチームをサポートする

    ロジスティクス業務:以下の業務を指揮・監督する
    1) 全ての出荷オーダーをタイムリーに処理する。
    2) 臨床試験プロジェクトの要件に従い、ピックリストを完成させる。
    3) 決められた要件やクライアントの指示に従い、関連文書を作成する。
    4) 文書正しく作成し、システムを適切かつ正確に更新する。

    【応募資格】
    学士号または同等の実務経験
    物流・倉庫業界でのアドミ業務3年以上の方歓迎

    5. Microsoft Office(MSワード、エクセル、パワーポイント、アウトルック)の実務知識をお持ちの方
    6. 英語の読み書きができ、基本的な英語コミュニケーションが可能な方
