- Cycle Time削減・業務効率化につながるDigitalシステム/設備の導入や変更
- LIMS( Laboratory Information Management System)及びラボ関連システムとデータの維持管理
- 安定性試験(新製品、既存製品、工程変更、逸脱対応)の管理全般
- 社内の規格及び試験方法の維持・管理・変更
- 製品品質照査の対応
- トラブル(工程異常、輸送時の逸脱、試験結果不適)逸脱事象への対応及び品質評価
- 依頼分析や検討試験に対する文書作成
- 教育カリキュラムやトレーニング、教育資料の管理及び整備
- 社内外の査察対応(準備、当日対応、指摘の是正処置や予防措置)を通じたコンプライアンスの向上
- 最新の薬機法、GMP及びData integrity要件を理解し、品質管理業務や手順に反映させる

- 薬学、化学、化学工学など理系の大学程度の知識がある又は3年以上の製造関連業務或いは研究関連業務の経験があること
- GMPや日本薬局方、品質に関する規制要件やガイドラインについての十分な知識がある又は習得に意欲のある方
- 課員、社内外の関係者とのコミュニケーションを円滑に行える方
- 工場全体や所属部署の業務改善のための変化に対応できる又は意欲のある方
- 業務を行う上で十分な英語能力を有し、海外サイトと英語で適切にコミュニケーションができる、又は英語の規格及び試験方法などを読解し、海外とメールで情報共有する英語力があることが望ましい(TOEIC:730点以上又は600点以上)
- 品質部門又は製造部門での十分な業務経験、或いは同等の知識や経験
- 分析機器(HPLC,GC,UV,IRなど)や製造設備、Digitalシステムの導入に関わる業務経験

品質管理エクセレンス課は、品質管理グループにおいて、ファイザーが出荷する製品の品質試験/評価が適切に実施されることを様々な側面から支援する役割を担っています。
既存システム/機器の最適化やメンテナンス、新規システム/設備/機器の導入による品質管理業務のDigitalization、安定性試験業務の管理、規格及び試験方法や試験記録などの文書管理、逸脱対応や変更管理、教育プログラムの管理、社内外の査察対応、品質管理業務全般の見直しなど種々の業務において、あなたの持つ専門知識や経験を通して、効率的かつ確実な品質管理基準の維持・改善に貢献頂ける方を募集します。
職務内容
1.主な職務における成果責任/ Description of Primary Role & Responsibility
品質管理エクセレンス課に属し、品質管理グループとして行うべき品質管理業務を的確に遂行する。或いは品質管理グループ全体のシステムや手順の改善を伴うロジェクト等を担当、管理する。
