    Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate succession planning, developmental activities, performance reviews, and subsequent actions to ensure our success.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to aid decision-making for designated business leaders.
  • Analyze and align effectively with all existing HR processes, systems, and activities to drive the roadmap.
  • Provide line managers with HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Advise and facilitate the formulation of contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting thorough and objective investigations.
  • Support Union negotiations on designated business-related topics in collaboration with the Head of Operations and Head of TR.
  • Participate in evaluating and monitoring training programs to ensure their success, and follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Support strategic projects such as M&A, Organizational Transformation, and Harmonization.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, thereby reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal and Compliance department as needed.
  • Develop expertise in change management, leadership, organization development, and employee engagement to stay abreast of market movements. Propose new programs and initiatives to establish ourselves as the industry's premier employer.

    • Required Skills, Experience:
  • 3-5+ years of experience as an HR business partner in multinational companies
  • 5-10+ years of experience in various functions within Human Resources is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies
  • Profound understanding of organization development, change management, talent, and leadership development
  • Strategic thinking and effective problem-solving capabilities
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Resilience in facing challenges
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and adeptness in teamwork.
  • Language Skills: Japanese (Native-level); English (Business-level)
