- 審査の成立責任(認定基準に準拠した審査の確実な実施)
- 審査員(検証人を含む:以下同じ)のリソース確保と管理、採用時の各種判断、採用後の育成指示などの管理統括(審査員資格、T/P/C/S-code の申請・登録・維持を含む)
- 審査員の労務管理、オーバータイムの削減とWell-being の向上や予算/MOP 達成のための各種施策実施
- セクターの予算(既存顧客のデリバリー予算及び売上/経費/利益予算)管理と達成責任(新規顧客の契約後のデリバリーと利益確保を含む)
- 部門と連携し、トレーニング計画に基づく審査員の育成の確実な実施責任と期限内のQR の達成責任。
- 審査員の力量確保の責任(会社の予算/デリバリーに基づいた)、審査における苦情対応、審査員の力量のレベルアップ、Re-QR の実施責任と、審査員の経費処理の管理
- 審査員/検証人の採用に関する統括責任(社員の採用の推薦及び契約審査員/検証人の採用可否判断)
- 顧客不祥事対応及び顧客苦情対応の実施責任
- 審査計画書及び報告書のレビューとそのフォロー実施
- 所属の審査員及びスタッフのPDR 設定と評価、KPI 管理と評価、VOC 管理と対応、Driving Force 管理と対応
- 所属の契約審査員の評価、審査対応、指導、VOC 管理と対応、Driving Force 管理と対応
- Certify Review を確実に実施する責任(サーティファイアの確保、Client Support 部門の進捗管理の指示に従いサーティファイアと審査員の対応責任、証書の期限内の確実な発行責任)
- リソースを継続的に監視し、不足している領域のサーティファイアの確保の実施
- レビュー内容の適切性をモニタリングし、サーティファイアの力量の向上と、必要に応じた教育・研修をPM に指示する。
- 部門内のPM に対して、Client Support 部門の審査員トレーニングに必要なコンテンツの提供や講師の対応を行う。
- 部門が提供するプロダクトのスキームを確実にするための、文書改訂、審査手順のレビュー、認定対応責任
