- Product engineer specialized in Automotive connectors
- Design and develop automotive products, including concept studies, design validation, and product evaluation
- Lead the product launch following the Product development process
- Coordinate and negotiate with stakeholders from related departments and subcontractors for product launch
- Handle technical issues and ensure alignment with customers
- Provide engineering support and drive improvement activities throughout the product life cycle
- Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience (7 years in a must) in connector product design and development
- Proficiency in mechanism, manufacturing, and materials for connector design and development
- Familiarity with Automotive connectors, including performance, specifications, and quality requirements, CAD operations, and modeling (preferably with NX)
- Experience in Mechanism and Structure analysis using CAE
- Basic understanding of High-speed transmission and EMI
- Strong English communication and email writing skills
