    Satellite System Development Departmentは、弊社独自の小型SAR(合成開口レーダ)衛星シリーズの設計、製造、運用を行っています。チームは従来の宇宙産業や拡大する小型衛星業界、また多数基生産に資する製造業からの経験豊富なメンバー、アドバイザーで構成されています。「人工衛星の開発」は、これまで官需中心で1基単位の生産しか行われていませんでしたが、弊社は衛星サイズを従来の1/10に小型化することでスピーディーな生産体制を実現し、2023年までに6基の衛星打ち上げを予定しています。

    本ポジションでは、Satellite System Development Departmentの一員として小型SAR衛星コンステレーションシリーズの調達と予実管理~デリバリーまでのリード、その仕組みづくりについてもご参画いただきます。

    仕事内容

    ・SAR衛星開発において特に量産部品調達・工場支給に関する運用立ち上げ

    ・量産部品購買に関する運用実務とりまとめ

    ・量産部品受け入れに関する運用実務とりまとめ

    ・量産部品工場支給に関する運用実務とりまとめ

    ・生産管理エンジニアと協力してのタイムリーな購買活動

    ・生産計画を考慮した原価低減活動の実施

    ・海外を含めた購買先との調整

    • English The Satellite System Development Department is responsible for the design, manufacturing, and operation of our proprietary small Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellites, known as the series. The team comprises experienced members and advisors with backgrounds in traditional space industries, the expanding small satellite sector, and manufacturing industries contributing to mass production. While the development of artificial satellites has traditionally been centered around government demand and single-unit production, our company has achieved a rapid production system by reducing satellite size to 1/10 of the conventional scale, aiming to launch six satellites by In this position, as a member of the Satellite System Development Department, you will lead the procurement, budget management, and delivery of the small SAR satellite constellation series. You will also contribute to the establishment of its framework. Job Responsibilities:
      • Launching operations related to mass-produced component procurement and factory supply in SAR satellite development
      • Coordination and management of practical operations related to mass-produced component procurement
      • Coordination and management of practical operations related to the acceptance of mass-produced components
      • Coordination and management of practical operations related to factory supply of mass-produced components
      • Timely procurement activities in collaboration with production management engineers
      • Implementation of cost reduction activities considering production plans
      • Coordination with procurement sources, including overseas, as needed
      Specifically:
      • Communicate horizontally across various units to understand the current situation and assess the status of procurement.
      • Oversee priorities from budget management to delivery, leading and staying abreast of the latest developments.

    ・ビジネスレベルの日本語(読み・書き)

      • Commutable to the new manufacturing facility in Kanagawa Prefecture on a daily basis, Location: Chuo-Rinkan, Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture
      • Practical experience in procurement and purchasing

      • Basic knowledge of contracts and customs clearance
      • Business-level proficiency in Japanese (reading and writing)

    Conditions / Benefits

    Employment system: Permanent

    Location: Chuorinkan, Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture

    Annual Salary:

    • Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience
    • Personnel evaluation system every 6 months

    Hours: Flextime system

    • Core time from 11:00 - 15:00
    • 2 days off a week (weekends) including Japanese public holidays
    • 10 days of paid time leave granted first year with an increment of 1 day every following year (ex. 11 days in the second year) up to a maximum in accordance with Japans labor laws.

    Probation: 3 months
