仕事内容
■釣具事業部ではユーザーニーズを追及し 、様々な魚種や釣り方に対応した操作性・耐久性、感度に優れた製品を世界中に展開しています。アウトドアレジャーとしての釣りへの関心が高まる中、ユーザーの満足度向上に向けた「こころ躍る製品」を開発し、更なる製品ラインナップの拡大を図っています。今回、設計開発プロセスにおける品質強化に向けて、品質設計や設計評価・検証を推進いただける方を募集します。
■釣具(ロッド)開発における以下業務をご担当いただきます。
・品質基準・品質評価試験の策定・運用
・強度・耐久等の評価試験、計測機器管理
・設計・製造プロセスの評価検証・標準化推進、設計FMEA
求める経験
【必須スキル】
・設計開発あるいは、実験評価、品質保証いずれかの経験
・品質評価試験や品質基準・品質評価試験の策定・運用経験がある方
【歓迎スキル】
・計測機器、試験機取り扱い経験
・カーボンや樹脂等の工業材料や塗装・表面処理の知識
・英語力(海外拠点スタッフとの意思疎通が可能なレベル)
・釣りの経験や釣りへの興味関心がある方
