*ブティックオペレーションについて常に効率化を図り、最適な方法の模索・提案
*会社の戦略・方針と連動したBTQアクションプランの立案・実行のサポート
*KPIの分析やダッシュボードの理解
*シフトの作成
*一貫した最高のサービスを提供するためのブティック環境の整備(ブティックメンテナンス、セキュリティ管理等)
模範的なブランドアンバサダーであること
*ブシュロンのバリューを理解し、ブシュロンジャパンのカルチャーを体現できるスタッフであること
*社内やグループ内の規定やルール、マニュアルへの理解とBTQ内の周知徹底
