- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional development
- Develop and maintain the software development strategy and roadmap, aligning it with business goals and objectives
- Drive the adoption of agile software development methodologies and continuous improvement practices
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions within defined timelines
- Ensure software development processes are efficient, scalable, and reliable, meeting quality standards and industry best practices
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate actions to drive productivity and efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in software engineering, with a track record of successfully leading complex software development projects
- Strong technical background and expertise in software development languages and frameworks
- Proficient in agile methodologies and modern software development practices
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
