    募集部門の紹介

    成田工場(千葉県成田市)エンジニアリング室は、医薬品製造工場・研究所の設備(生産・研究設備、空調、配管、電気、計装)に関するオーナーズ・エンジニアリング業務(自社の立場に立ったエンジニアリング業務)を実施している部門です。主な担当は、建築、機械、電気に分かれています。

    今回は、CAPEX案件のプロセス設計、施工管理を主業務とするチームを率い、詳細設計及び建設、試運転、立ち上げに関わっていただきます。また部下の教育、プロセスエンジニアリングチームの立上に関わっていただきます。

    職務範囲

  • 製造設備の導入、建設プロジェクトにおけるプロセス(生産・製造)機械の設計業務(詳細設計・予算算出・実行管理・試運転・引き渡し)
  • 生産、研究、管理設備に関するユーザー部門への技術的サポート(導入、更新、改善)
  • GMPに関する技術情報管理、新技術評価
  • 将来においては、弊社他事業場、並びに当社の海外医薬品製造関連会社への異動の可能性もあります。

    • 応募要件

    高専、大学(工学系)卒業以上あるいはそれ同等の経験知識を有する技術者

  • 生産機械設備、化学プラント設備、電気、電気制御、オートメーションシステム、空調、ユーティリティ設備(ボイラ、コンプレッサ、冷凍機、精製水設備など)、物流機器/システム、クリーンルーム設備等に関する技術知識
  • 製薬企業、もしくは製薬・化粧品企業等に関連する業務に携わった方で、薬事法、GMP、GLP、 HACCPなどの規制関連知識のある方が望ましい
  • 上記職務を英語(読み書き)でも遂行できる方。(目安 TOEICスコア:600点以上)

  • エネルギ管理士、公害防止管理者、高圧ガス製造保安責任者、冷凍機械保安責任者、消防設備士、建築士等

    • 下記業務の経験者。または、それに相当する業務の経験者(実務経験5年以上)

  • 医薬品、化粧品、食品工業等で製造/包装設備、その他生産用設備、建物設備の機械分野、あるいは計装・制御・電気分野に関する設備全体の企画立案・設計・コーディネート・建設プロジェクトの実務経験や、バルクプラント建設プロジェクトでのエンジニアリング業務や設備保全・管理の実務経験者歓迎。
  • 医薬品工場での建設・工務部門や、医薬品工場の建設(固形製剤/無菌)および設備保全・管理に関する実務経験者歓迎。

    • 医薬品、化粧品、食品等製造設備・機器等の設計・製作等の業務にかかわり、プロジェクトエンジニアリングに興味のある方も、OJTを通じて職務経験を活かした上でプロジェクトエンジニアとしてご活躍いただけます。

    待遇

    諸手当:通勤交通費、借家補助費、勤務時間外手当など

    昇給:原則年1回

    賞与:原則年2回

    勤務時間:本社(大阪市中央区・東京都中央区)9:00~17:30 、工場(山口県光市・大阪市淀川区)8:00~16:45 、(千葉県成田市)8:45~17:15 、 研究所(神奈川県藤沢市)9:00~17:45

    休日:土曜、日曜、祝日、メーデー、年末年始など(年間123日程度)

    働き方関連制度:フレックスタイム制、テレワーク勤務制導入(対象社員)
