I am passionate about educating and have shaped the direction of the schools I have worked at to reflect my personal beliefs about the future of the industry. I have earned high praise for my abilities to be creative and still respectful of the materials I work with. Schools I have worked for across Japan have prospered. Under my supervision Packwood English school in Niihama grew from 20 to 130 students. I have a background in the arts and have used my skills to enhance and supplement my lesson

In my current workplace I am responsible for teaching new instructors, teaching English to students aging from 3 to 90, reviewing a wide range of textbooks and designing the school curriculum for all age groups, working directly with management to design advertisements, creating homework sheets, creating test papers, creating new games and activities for children’s lesson to keep their minds focused, building and maintaining the webpage
