    The impact you will make
  • Develop and drive a comprehensive regional marketing strategy to deliver against our targets to support our business objectives, increasing pipeline growth and conversion rates, reducing sales cycles, improving lead quality, and building effective nurture programs.
  • Manage a regional marketing budget and calendar in relation to regional business goals to support account-centric marketing, events, webinars, and other field-specific efforts.
  • Drive the planning and execution of regional events, including management of sub-contractors for press/event/etc.
  • Manage cross-functional key stakeholders to support your regional efforts, including product marketing content needs, campaign and creative strategy, channel expertise, and website optimization to help with localization efforts.
  • Work directly with sales and product marketing to turn market knowledge into key target audience segmentation.
  • Work directly with leadership to define, communicate, and optimize our key KPIs for revenue marketing based on regional business priorities.
  • Collaborate with our global marketing team to drive a cohesive brand in the market while generating new ideas and strategies to drive growth.
  • What you will need
  • 7+ years of field/regional/revenue marketing experience in B2B automotive industry, technology and/or IT services.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, technology, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills; you are able to clearly communicate a plan and implement it through influence and indirect management where necessary.
  • Mastery of both Japanese and English; bonus if you have Chinese/Korean language proficiencies.
  • Ability to travel to support in-region events when required.
  • Proactiveness: you are a self-starter and are not afraid to take initiative. This is a key hire for our team and has a lot of potential for impact.
