仕事内容
新規エリアオープンを控え、新規エリアの建築物・造形物を含めた施設全体の清掃作業に関わる管理業務担って頂ける方を募集いたします。
安全とクォリティを陰で支えるチームではありますが、ご自身の関わられた業務は目に見える形で存在するためゲストの喜びや驚きを直接感じることができます。ゲストの皆さまに、日常とは違う雰囲気を味わって頂くためには欠かせない業務です。
独自の作業ルールなどはありますが入社後、実務を通して丁寧に教育する環境があります。焦らず少しずつ技術・知識を身につけ、安全・安心にテーマパークの施設をゲストに楽しんでもらえることに繋がる縁の下の力持ちとして、パーク内の景観を維持し、ゲストの方に感動を届けるサポートができるお仕事です。
具体的な業務内容
パークにある建築物・造形物を含めた施設全体の清掃作業に関わる管理業務を担って頂くお仕事です。※新規エリアをご担当いただく予定です
・新エリアの保全作業に関する情報を取りまとめ、保全計画業務の立ち上げ
・施設全体の高所及び重機/船舶を使用した清掃作業計画業務
(年間を通して清掃計画/清掃する)
・他部署からの清掃依頼の対応
・パークのクォリティ向上の為の改善
・上記に関わる作業スタッフの労務管理及び、外注業者管理業務等
応募要件
・ 清掃/美装管理業務の経験3年以上
※下記の資格・経験のある方は、活躍できます
ビルクリーニング技能士/美装業務/安全管理者
・PCスキル(Excel、Word/資料作成のため)
・テーマパークなどでの清掃管理業務経験
・ テーマパークを運営しながらの清掃作業に対し、業務委託業者への適切な指示ができる方
・社内外の関係部署、関係者と関係構築をしていける方
・臨機応変な対応、柔軟な対応ができる方
・柔軟なコミュニケーションによる業務マネジメントができる方
・ 塗装/造形/木工/清掃/テーマパークメンテナンス経験、2~20年以上
(ユー・エス・ジェイで初めて経験を積まれた方もいらっしゃいます)
勤務時間
・6:00~23:00(内7.75h勤務) ※業務都合で夜勤の可能性あり
・土日祝含む、約20日/月のシフト制
休日/休暇
年間休日120日(月平均10日の休日)
