- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing Analytics or related field (or equivalent commercial experience)
- 3+ years experience in the eCommerce digital merchandising retail marketing or related field Experience from consumer packaged goods and/or children's category strongly preferred
- A working knowledge of eCommerce sites and retail marketing tools/landscape
- Ability to partner with cross functional teams including but not limited to sales brand marketing & analytics in order to tackle complex problems and deliver results
- Fundamental skills: Strong written verbal communication skills; able to present data in an organized manner Fluent Japanese English language skills required}
