A global consulting company is looking for a Program Director. The selected individual will oversee program management, encompassing development, budgeting, client satisfaction, revenue enhancement, collaboration, governance, accountability, resource allocation, and service delivery oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand on-site transformation programs
• Handle budgeting and business planning, ensuring profitability
• Manage customer satisfaction and expectations
• Increase revenue by expanding service offerings
• Collaborate with sales team to pursue new revenue opportunities
• Represent solution delivery in pre-sales activities
• Conduct governance meetings with the client steering committee
• Ensure accountability of account teams for project deliverables
• Manage resources to meet program commitments
• Oversee service delivery and customer support activities

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in management
• More than 3 years at senior levels
• Experience in multi-million programs
• Prior experience with project management methodologies
• Proven experience working in a matrixed corporate environment
• Ability and willingness to travel
