仕事内容:
自社ブランド『HUG.U』の公式Instagram運営やTikTok等でのライブ配信をお任せします。

・ライブ配信(TikTokライブのみ)
∟製品の魅力をわかりやすくご紹介
∟視聴者からの質問に答えたり、実際に商品を試着しアピール
∟ライブ内容振り返りや競合分析 など
・SNS投稿の企画立案~実行
∟撮影~編集・ストリーズ更新
∟ブランドの世界観に沿ったアイデア出し・改善提案
★慣れてきたらライブ中のクーポン発行・ページ編集など、
ライブ配信における運営サポート業務を中心にお任せしていきます。

★ライブ配信のスケジュールはシフト制で、朝(6:30)、昼(12:00)、夜(19:00)など開始時間が異なります。朝シフトの次が夜シフトといったような無理なシフトは組みませんのでご安心ください。
お客様の層としましては【30~50代女性】が大半となっております。
現状の当社ライバー構成としては、20代後半・30代後半あたりの年齢層で4名+サポートメンバーとなっております。

「サイズやライフスタイルをもっと自由に」がコンセプトのレディースブランド。着心地の良さや長め・大きめのフォルム、身に纏うことでリラックスできるような「包み込む」テイストを大切にしています。
自社サイトの他、『楽天』『Yahoo』『SHOPLIST』などの大手ECモールにも多数出店、アイテム数は1,700点以上。リーズナブルな価格も相まって、各ECモールでの売上も右肩上がり。楽天市場店では、5万店舗以上ある中の上位0.2%のみが選ばれる「楽天ショップ・オブ・ザ・イヤーレディースファッションジャンル賞」を2023年~2025年の3年連続受賞。
商品力が非常に高いので、ライブコマースでもお客様からはたくさんのポジティブなコメントをいただいています
ライブ配信をスタートして約半年ですが、すでに同時接続数は「3,000人」を突破。売上もかなり急成長を遂げており、会社としても期待の新事業となります。
求める人材:
応募条件
・土日祝の出勤が可能な方(必須条件ではありません。歓迎条件です)
※土日祝出勤した場合には、平日が代休となります。
・レディースアパレルを着用し、ライブコマースにて紹介ができる方
・アパレルやSNSが好きでトレンドに敏感な方
・基本的なPC作業ができる方
【あると望ましい経験・能力】
・フォロワー数や配信実績をお持ちの⽅(未経験の方も大歓迎です)
・服飾系学校やショップ店員など、アパレルに携わった経験がある方
・レディースアパレルのコーディネートを組んだ経験がある方
勤務時間・曜日:
シフト:平日2日/祝日ある場合は振休で3日休みとなります。年休は125日以上です。
※ライブコマースには興味があるが「平日ではないと難しい」という場合は、その旨を面接にてご相談いただけますと幸いです。その場合は土日祝が休日となります。
6:00~22:30の間で実働8時間(休憩1時間)
例
・06:00~15:00(休憩1時間)
・09:45~18:45(休憩1時間)
・13:30~22:30(休憩1時間)
ライブコマースのトレンドに合わせて、
ライブ開催の時間帯は変更になる可能性もございます。

給与:
基本給与:月給25万円~30万円(残業代は別途全額支給)+賞与年2回+特定業務手当
※特定業務手当:
平日早朝ライブ/夜ライブ出演時の手当=1,500円/回
土日祝 時間帯に関わらず出勤した場合の手当=2,500円/回
給与例)平日朝出勤:14日×1,500円(6時~15時)+土日祝出社:8日×2,500円した場合
基本給25万円+平日の特定業務手当2.1万円+土日の特定業務手当2万円=29.1万円/月
年収帯例:400万円~550万円
◎賞与は昨年度実績2~4ヶ月分また、残業代は100%支給します。
◎経験や能力により、昇給も可能です
※未経験・経験者ともに試用期間3か月(待遇の変更なし)
