    【募集背景】

    業務拡大に伴い、事業用不動産の媒介業務におけるクロージング担当者の増員。

    【業務内容】

  • 事業用不動産売買の媒介における契約決済業務
  • 重要事項説明書の作成等、宅地建物取引業者として不動産売買仲介に必要な書類の作成
  • 不動産信託受益権売買の媒介等における契約決済業務
  • 物件概要書の作成等、第二種金融商品取引業者として不動産信託受益権売買の媒介に必要な書類の作成
  • 法定帳簿等の管理保管業務
  • 若手社員の成長をサポート:チーム内の若手社員をリードして業務を推進頂くポジションです

    • 主なクライアント:国内外の投資家や企業オーナー等

    【働き方】

    ・東京本社勤務-原則出社ですが、必要に応じてリモートワークを取り入れたハイブリットな働き方も可能

    ・フレックスタイム制

    ・ミドルバックの業務

    【必須の経験・資格】

    ・収益不動産売買の媒介業務経験4年以上

    ・不動産信託受益権売買の媒介業務経験

    ・PCスキル(Word Excel PowerPoint)中級以上

    ・宅地建物取引士
