Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting function and ensure accurate timely and compliant financial operations in a growing non-listed company. You will be responsible for leading the full-cycle monthly quarterly and annual financial close process overseeing all daily general accounting operations GL AP AR fixed assets payroll and expense management ensuring the accurate timely preparation of financial statements under USGAAP managing compliance with Japanese corporate tax consumption tax withholding tax and all statutory filings coordinating smoothly with external advisors and tax accountants.Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle month-end quarter-end and year-end closing statutory consolidated
- Oversee preparation review of financial statements under USGAAP
- Manage day-to-day general accounting operations GL AP AR fixed assets payroll expense reimbursement
