    • Participate in an intensive training program designed for future leaders, focusing on operations and supply chain management at Henkel Adhesive Technologies
    • Engage in a comprehensive 18-month trainee program encompassing various responsibilities and projects within production facilities, offering a holistic view of operations and supply chain functions
    • Gain exposure to diverse supply chain components such as digital business, procurement, and sales to broaden your organizational understanding
    • Receive individualized training, development plans, mentoring, and networking opportunities with senior leaders and fellow trainees worldwide

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics with a strong academic background
    • Possess up to 2 years of work experience, preferably in a multinational setting
    • Demonstrate eagerness to learn, curiosity for new technologies, digitization, and data analysis
    • Exhibit excellent English language proficiency in both written and verbal communication across all management levels
    • Fluency in Japanese for effective verbal and written communication
    • Showcase proficient problem-solving skills and analytical acumen
    • Have advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
    • Display a keen attitude towards continuous learning and self-improvement
    • Be open to geographical mobility and possess the drive to evolve into a future leader
