【仕事内容】■業務内容
韓国コスメブランド「MISSHA」「A'PIEU」等の商品輸入や商品企画、販促プロモーションをご担当いただきます。
<まずお任せすること>
・既存韓国商品の日本市場向け導入
・日本独自商品の日本市場向けセルフ(バラエティショップやドラックストアなど)の商品の企画、開発
・コラボ商品の企画、開発(キャラクターライセンスなど)
・商標登録手続きの管理全般
・商品のコピーライティングや詳細説明の企画・立案
・市場、競合、消費者トレンドに関する情報を収集・分析
・同社SNSアカウントの運用・コンテンツ制作(週2日程度)
・広告物の薬機法・景表法チェック 等
・インフルエンサータイアップは韓国本社と協業サポート
・販促プロモーション業務
・メンバーのマネジメント業務

【求める人材】
■必要な能力・経験
【いずれも必須】
・化粧品または医薬品メーカーでの製品企画経験(3年以上)
・マネジメント経験
【尚可・歓迎スキル】
・化粧品業界での経験者
・薬機法、景表法の基礎知識がある方
・韓国語スキル(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
