[Job Description]

You will be responsible for customer service and general store operations at "Giftpad space," a next-generation antenna shop that connects Osaka with the local region.

With the concept of a "next-generation antenna shop/DX experience showroom,"

we will exhibit local specialties and experience-based products and allow customers to purchase them using a local currency app.

The store is located on the second floor of KITTE Osaka, which is connected to JR Osaka Station and the facilities around the station by a pedestrian deck,

and is in an area where we can expect many customers from Japan and abroad.

This is a highly-anticipated commercial facility that will have its grand opening this summer.

[Specifically]

■Customer service and sales

• Introducing and explaining products on display
• Proposing products that suit customers
• Cashier duties
• Simple inventory management

■Store operation management

• Sales management, expense management
• Store shelf rental schedule management
• Creating an attractive sales floor

■Staff management

• Shift control (shift creation, shift management)
• Attendance management
• Recruiting part time and temporary staff
• Training and follow up for new staff

■Collaboration with other members and departments

• Regular communication with sales staff and Osaka headquarters members (especially the sales department)

■Collaboration with commercial facilities

• Attending KITTE Osaka store manager meetings
