同社は、超精密加工技術を核とした「機械(メカニクス)」と「電子(エレクトロニクス)」の技術を融合させ、社会のニーズに応える革新的な製品を創出する世界唯一の「『相合』精密部品メーカー」です。 この度、同社の未来を担う次世代製品開発を加速させるため、情熱を持って挑戦していただける電気系エンジニアを募集いたします。
<業務内容>
FA・ロボティクス、車載、医療、住設といった幅広い分野をターゲットとした、次世代新製品の機械設計をご担当いただきます。同社の強みである精密機械部品、モーター、アクチュエータ、センサー、半導体、無線技術といった多様なコア技術を組み合わせた、これまでにない製品開発プロジェクトに参画していただきます。
ご経験やご希望に応じて、下記のいずれかのフェーズ、または複数フェーズに横断的に携わっていただくことが可能です。
・マーケットリサーチ、製品企画
・要件定義、仕様策定
・アーキテクチャ設計、詳細設計、実装、テスト
・要素技術開発、先行開発
・量産化に向け(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
<必須要件>
・マイコン周辺基板の量産設計経験 (5年以上)
・制御系回路の量産設計経験 (5年以上)
・センサーアナログ回路の量産設計経験 (5年以上)
<歓迎要件>
必須要件に加え、以下のご経験をお持ちの方は、即戦力としてご活躍いただけます。
▼プロジェクト推進スキル
・回路設計のプロジェクト管理の経験
・基板の量産立ち上げ、基板生産現場の立ち合い経験
▼専門技術スキル
・シリアル通信(LIN、SPI、UART、I2Cいずれか)回路設計の経験
・デジタル、アナログ混合回路回路設計の経験
・ブラシレスモータードライバー、ステッピングモータードライバー回路設計の経験
・電源設計(AC/DCもしくはDC/CC)回路設計の経験
・EMC/ESD対策経験(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
